Dr. Schneider makes sure every question I have is thoroughly addressed by visit end; I also appreciate his availability via e-mail, too. Also helped to de-escalate my stress response to difficult news/test results

Dr. Schneider's bedside manner was the absolute worst I've ever experienced. He has a very condescending tone and showed zero empathy or concern for anything I was experiencing.

Dr. Schneider asked me several questions regarding my pain such as: when, under what circumstances, how often, and how severe. The associate doctor assisting him did as well. Both listened to my responses closely and asked additional questions to some of my responses. I left the office feeling both understood my issue and were addressing It accordingly.

I would think that if I had a scheduled doctors appointment that I would have the doctors undivided attention. Doctor was literally walking down the hall and into different rooms during my televisit. Unprofessional in my opinion
